The payments received on this site are for dental and medical services previously performed. All payments received will be applied to the patient’s account and any associated account (i.e. guarantor and child accounts).
REFUND INFORMATION: A patient account that has a credit balance will be researched by a senior billing specialist to determine if the credit is due to the patient or to the insurance company. The billing specialist will make sure no sliding fee or incorrect write off has been applied to the account and that no collections have been applied. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued on accounts with an outstanding collection balance. All refund checks identified throughout the month will be printed at the end of each month before closing and mailed to the patient, not applied to a credit card.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY INFORMATION: We respect and are committed to protecting your security privacy. Rural Health complies with all pertinent Health Insurance Portabilty and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) regulations, and Department of Health and Human Services regulations. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. Your payment and personal information is always safe.
Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is a PCI data security standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
