Philanthropic gifts from individuals, corporations, foundations, and organizations have a profound impact on ESRHS' ability to carry out its mission of caring for patients.

The following wizard will walk you through making a donation. The wizard contains five (5) sections:

Section 1: Records the amount you wish to contribute and the designation for those funds

Section 2: Records your credit card information

Section 3: Confirms your credit card information and asks for additional billing information (address, telephone number, etc.)

Section 4: Displays the final confirmation before submitting the payment

Section 5: Displays your receipt. Please print a copy of the receipt and keep it for tax recording purposes. You will also receive an official receipt from the development department via postal mail.

CONTRIBUTION INFORMATION: The payments received on this page are contributions to Eastern Shore Rural Health System, Inc. development fund to be used for purposes set forth in the mission, vision, and values of the organization, unless otherwise specified.

REFUND INFORMATION: If an error was made by the donor, a request must be made within two (2) business days to have the amount corrected or a refund check will be processed.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY INFORMATION: We respect and are committed to protecting your security privacy. ESRHS complies with all pertinent Health Insurance Portabilty and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) regulations, Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) regulations, and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) accreditation standards. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is a PCI data security standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
